The idea

Your future self, on day one

Most fitness apps show you a number trending in the right direction. Apex shows you a person. You enter your goals — a target weight, a body-fat range, the lifts you're chasing — and Apex builds a future-self avatar: a digital twin of who you'll be when you get there.

Every workout, every logged meal, every streak day nudges the avatar closer to that goal physique. The progress bar isn't a bar — it's you, becoming.
